I am sure there are way too many to count!
I just did the Vineman 70.3 up in Sonoma County with my Dad and recorded my fastest split ever for the 56 mile distance.
The course had some gentle rolling hills (about 1600’ of climbing so it was pretty flat) but I cruised in with a 2 hr 41 min performance.
This helped me to best my fastest Half Ironman time by 15 minutes!
I credit a lot of my cycling improvement to the efficiency that the SMp has given me in my pedal stroke. I still don’t know why more people aren’t riding your pedals. I’m doing my best to get the visibility up by riding all over town! A satisfied SMp rider,
